Having admired Divertimenti for many years, it was a real privilege for Studio de la Haye to be offered the chance to design, supply and install the new cookery school kitchen in the heart of Knightsbridge, London.

The kitchen is composed of two distinct yet complementary halves. The chef’s side is crafted in rich walnut and fitted with oversized appliances, anchored by a striking mother-of-pearl splashback that adds depth and subtle iridescence. Opposite, the client side presents a sophisticated palette of whitewashed ash and earthy taupe-grey laminate fronts, creating a finish that feels both robust and quietly luxurious. Porcelain countertops are used throughout, providing a highly resilient surface suited to the demands of food preparation and cooking.
